BizPage AI must not be used to create or promote fraud, phishing, impersonation, scams, cybercrime, illegal products, deceptive offers, fake business identities, spam, malware, credential harvesting, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, illegal adult content, or harmful activity.

You may not use generated websites, AI content, forms, CRM records, automations, communication tools, QR codes, business cards, domains, DNS, hosting foundations, billing links, or brand assets to mislead customers or impersonate another person, company, government body, financial institution, school, church, hospital, charity, or regulated professional.

You must not upload or publish content that infringes copyright, trademarks, trade names, logos, publicity rights, privacy rights, or confidential information.

You must not collect leads or CRM data without a lawful purpose, transparency, and appropriate consent where required. You must not sell or misuse lead data collected through BizPage AI generated websites.

BizPage AI may suspend websites, accounts, automations, outbound messages, billing, domains, hosting foundations, or access where abuse is suspected. We may preserve records needed for investigation, fraud prevention, legal requests, or user protection.
