BizPage AI processes personal data to provide an AI-powered business launch platform. This includes account registration, generated public websites, lead collection, CRM tools, branding tools, communication tools, billing tools, AI content generation, domain/hosting foundations, analytics, and support.
BizPage AI is designed to support compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and NDPC privacy principles, including fair, lawful, transparent processing, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, security, accountability, and respect for data subject rights.
We may collect account data such as name, email, password hash, role, consent timestamps, registration IP hash, user agent, and session data. We collect business profile data such as business name, category, city, country, WhatsApp, email, services, products, brand style, and generated copy.
We process website content, brand kit data, QR code data, business card content, uploaded media, SEO metadata, published website slugs, lead/contact submissions, CRM contacts, companies, deals, notes, activities, follow-ups, tags, communication messages, automation history, usage records, subscription records, invoices, payment attempts, domain/DNS/SSL/hosting records, analytics events, AI prompts, AI outputs, device/log data, and support requests.
We use this data to create and publish business websites, generate brand and marketing assets, collect and manage leads, provide CRM and communication tools, run automations, process billing, prevent abuse, improve reliability, provide support, comply with law, and maintain security.
Lead submitters who contact a business through a BizPage AI generated website provide their contact details to the website owner and to BizPage AI as the platform processor/service provider. Website owners must use lead data lawfully and transparently.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent where applicable, and reasonable export support. Rights may vary by jurisdiction. Some records may be retained where required for billing, fraud prevention, audit logs, security, legal claims, or regulatory obligations.
