Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to BizPage AI, an AI-powered business launch platform for creating business websites, brand kits, QR codes, business cards, marketing content, CRM/leads, communication workflows, automations, domain/hosting foundations, and billing/subscription tools.

By registering an account, creating a business profile, publishing a generated website, collecting leads, sending messages, using AI generation, connecting billing, or using domain/hosting features, you agree to these Terms.

BizPage AI is designed to support compliance with applicable Nigerian data protection, consumer protection, cybercrime, and online business rules. We do not claim that using BizPage AI automatically makes your business fully legally certified or compliant in every jurisdiction.

You are responsible for the business information, claims, prices, offers, health/legal/financial statements, images, contact details, domain names, and messages you publish through BizPage AI. AI-generated content must be reviewed by you before publishing.

You must not use BizPage AI for fraud, phishing, impersonation, scams, cybercrime, spam, illegal content, deceptive advertising, harmful content, hate, harassment, adult exploitation, malware distribution, or unauthorized collection of personal data.

BizPage AI may suspend or restrict accounts, websites, automations, communication tools, billing access, or domain/hosting features where we reasonably believe there is abuse, legal risk, payment fraud, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

Users outside Nigeria may use BizPage AI, but they are responsible for complying with local laws in their country, including privacy, consumer, advertising, domain, tax, and electronic communication rules.

Third-party services may be used for payments, AI generation, email delivery, analytics, storage, domains, hosting, and infrastructure. Their own terms may apply in addition to these Terms.
